The Electra Jailbreak for the iOS 11.2 to iOS 11.3.1 operating system is now available, and we cannot be more excited!
However, as always, some people were not able to jailbreak their phones. We’ve written this article to give you the complete guide on how to do that.
Not many people choose to side-load the Electra IPA with the help of Cydia Impactor on a computer. It might be harder to do it, especially if you’re jailbreaking your smartphone for the first time. By using TweakBox, you won’t need the help of a computer.
Keep in mind that this jailbreak is only available for those operating system from iOS 11.2 to iOS 11.3.1. Don’t forget to check your iOS version. To do this, go to Settings, then General, then About.
Follow these steps to jailbreak your device:
First, launch your browser and type the following URL in the Address Bar. Preferably, type it, don’t use copy-paste. The URL is next.tweakboxapp.com
Tap on Apps, then go to Tweakbox Apps. Then, you need to scroll down and find Electra 11.3.1 Multipath. Tap on it. Then tap on Install, then Install again. At this point, the Electra app will start the process of downloading on your Home Screen. You have to wait a few minutes until it’s complete.
After the downloading process is finished, tap on the Electra App – it will say that it’s an Untrusted Enterprise Developer. To continue, we’ll need to Trust the app. In order to do this, you have to go to Settings, then to General, then to Profile & Device Management. Look for DingshengcafulInvestment Management. Tap it, then tap on Trust.
Now you can open the Electra app and tap on Jailbreak. Now you just have to wait until the device is jailbroken.
